Conveniently pay your electric bill over the phone using your credit/debit card or check. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Payments can be made through HCEC's automated system almost 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by dialing 1-800-657-2445.
To make a payment with a Member Service Representative (8 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday) dial 1-800-657-2445 and follow the menu prompts.
The payment system is down daily from 3 PM to 4 PM and from 11 PM to 12 AM for the system's daily close.
Make a payment in person during our business hours and it will be posted to your account in real-time.
If you cannot make it during regular business hours, drop your payment off in the secure night drop box and it will get posted to your account the following business day. If you choose to drop your payments off in our secure night drop box, please include the account number with the payment.
Physical:
Fidelity Express offers several convenient locations for HCEC members to pay their electric accounts. Since it does take several business days to reflect that a payment has been made at a Fidelity Express Location, we suggest that Prepaid Consumers do not pay through Fidelity Express. Since payments do not replenish accounts in real-time, an account may fall below the disconnect amount ($0.00) and immediately become disconnected.
