**The rates listed above are subject to the cooperative’s Purchased Power Cost Recovery Factor (PCRF)**

A minimum charge will apply when there is no usage at a service. Members will be charged the minimum charge in lieu of the base charge. For example, a member with residential service with no usage during a billing cycle will receive a $12.00 bill.
